About Cater 2 You Transportation LLC

Cater 2 You Transportation was established in 2017However, our journey as entrepreneurs started years before then. Our family's history as entrepreneurs started in the mid 1900s. In 1944 my family owned a transportation business that consisted of a 30-passenger bus, two taxis, and a truck. That business served its community for many years.

We are proud to have reestablished something closely connected to what paved the way for our family to thrive during the many adversities. Our connections within our community range from childcare to transportation. It is our honor to have served many families within the community where we were born and raised. Many of the families we have served have been connected to us for generations. This is what our business is about community service.

Cater 2 You Transportation is working to provide basic steps to reduce the risk of worker and traveler’s exposure to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. We are enforcing social distancing, face covering, and cleaning and sanitation.

Cater 2 You Transportation is staying up to date with all changes and plans. We will continue to adhere to all the public safety guidelines as it relates to Covid-19.

Social Distancing Requirements

If traveling with individuals who are outside the individual’s household (For example, nonfamily members) travelers must sit at least six feet apart. This limits the amounts of travelers per trip. When traveling with family members who share the same household you are able to sit within the six feet distance.

Face Coverings

Employees and travelers are required to wear a face covering when they are in any enclosed public space when there is the potential that they can’t maintain the required six feet apart for social distancing.

• Handmade face coverings are permitted, but they should be laundered prior to wearing and on a regular basis.

• Face coverings will be made available as needed to those who don’t have their own.

• Face coverings are required to be worn in any enclosed public space when social distancing requirements can’t be achieved. • Face coverings are NOT to be placed on young children under age 2, anyone who has trouble breathing, or is unconscious, incapacitated, or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance.

It is important to remember that the cloth face cover is meant to protect other people in case you are infected and that you can spread COVID-19 to others even if you do not feel sick yourself. The face covering is not a substitute for social distancing.

Cleaning and Sanitation

•Staff will increase cleaning of touchpoints throughout fleet- handrails, doorknobs/handles/seats, seatbelts, etc.

• Staff uses bio shield and sterilization as the general cleaning agent. Microfiber cloth is also used and removes 99% of surface debris.

• If staff receives requests for disinfecting areas due to confirmed cases of COVID-19 (or other contagious disease/virus), they will confer with CDC guidelines and staff will clean then disinfect the area. This allows for a higher and more complete level of disinfection than standard cleaning.
